- 16 stage two-bucket wash using foam lance and lambs wool wash mitts
- All shuts to be thoroughly cleaned, including any excess grease wiped away
- Wheels cleaned, front, back and inside, with gentle non acidic wheel cleaner *Wheels Removed *
- Suspension and running gear degreased
- Calipers and hubs cleaned and sealed
- Wheel arches cleaned by hand and coated with 505 protectant
- Engine bay to be soaked in G101 cleaner
- All parts of the engine bay to be worked over with various brushes and equipment
- With the car elevated, the underside is cleaned throughout
- If requested, metal items to be polished underneath the car
- Once complete the car is rinsed and soaked in lubricate detailer for the following process
- All surfaces to have decontamination with Sonus/Poly clay, to remove bonded contaminants (including glass, plastics, paint , wheels and metals)
- 4 stage drying, using flooding technique, air blower and ultra plush drying towels
- Paint thickness measured using electronic coating gauge
- Full documentation of paint thickness’s and condition
- Notes taken of all problem areas from inspection and customers views
- Where orange peel, fish eyes and deep scratches occurs, panels will be wet sand flatted by hand and/or machine.
- Paint thickness measured again
- Wash stage repeated to rid all excess from flatting stages
- Drying stages repeated
- All rubbers and non correction areas to be taped up in preparation for machine work
- Paint correction process to remove sanding or swirls by machine
- Door shuts to corrected by machine (where possible)
- Plastics to be corrected by machine
- Paint refinement process, using finishing polishes, by machine
- Wash stage repeated to rid any polish or dust collected
- Paint Jewelling via machine polisher with glaze products
- Paintwork cleansed with pre-wax treatment to aid the bonding of wax
- 16 step finishing product application (customer’s choice)
- Door, boot and bonnet shuts applied with finishing products (customer’s choice)
- Chrome stainless steel and aluminium trim cleaned, polished and protected
- Wheels treated with 3 different sealing products
- Tyres scrubbed clean and dressed with rubber preserver (choice of)
- Windows cleaned and polished, inside and out
- Door seals and rubbers treated
- Exterior glass treated with water repellent sealant treatment
- Engine bay painted areas to be layered with more durable finishing products
- Engine bay plastics dressed with durable matt/satin finish products
- Any interior removable parts to be removed out of the car and stored safely
- Any interior painted parts to be wiped down, clayed and corrected
- All hard surfaces to be wiped down with natural products to rid and surface dust/dirt
- Dry Vacuum interior to rid any larger loose dirt
- All hard area folds, creases to be worked with various brushes with vacuum by its side
- Foot mats are brushed down and steam cleaned to deep cleanse and deodorise
- Starting with the headlining, shampoo and extract all fabric surfaces
- Fully extend seat belts to clean and treat
- Dress Plastic panels/areas with matt/satin finish products
- Treat various metal finishes appropriately
- Treat and feed any wood trim
- Treat and feed rubber trims
- Any leather items are subjected to 8 step cleanse and condition treatment
- Dress painted items with natural non harmful/smelling product
- Refit Loose interior items taken out
- Protect fabric
- Buff plastics to desired finish
