Dealer Damage, New Car Prep’ and Protect Detail.
A week into ownership of the GTI, the owner noticed swirls and scratches all over the car in direct sun light. He returned it to the dealership to have the problem rectified, only to be returned in the following state (see pictures).
After the work was complete, he billed the dealership for the work carried out.
